COATING

The application of coatings to polyester items includes the application of different paints and varnishes by the spraying method. In addition to polyester, different paints and varnishes are applied to the metal items as well. Besides painting, other types of surface protection for metal items are also available.

Plastification

The parts to which the coating is applied may have a smooth surface or structured surface.

The coating of polyester items represents the final operation in the manufacturing of the items; accordingly, the physical and chemical resistance and the visual quality of paints and varnishes depend on the raw materials quality, the adequate surface preparation and the spraying method. This is why in our production process special paints and varnishes are used and the process itself is performed in the state-of-the-art cambers so as to enable the best working conditions.

By applying the coating to the metal items, their glossy look is achieved as well as the corrosion protection.

The application of liquid paints is performed after adequate preparation, so paint resistance and visual quality are guaranteed.

Besides polyester, the metal items are painted in state-of-the-art chambers so as to enable the best working conditions.

This type of surface protection ensures anti-corrosion protection and decorative surface. The cold galvanising treatment is performed in specialised baths and it includes chemical preparation, i.e. flushing, degreasing and pickling, the electrolytic process using zinc salts and zinc anode.

Corrosion protection, scratch resistance, and highly decorative surface are merely some of the plastification advantages.

The paint resistance is achieved thanks to the adequate chemical preparation in the specialised baths and the required gloss, matt or metallic effect, depending on the customer’s request is achieved by applying powder paints that polymerise at elevated temperatures.
