The use of special tooling resins and gelcoats enables the production of polyester items the quality of which guarantees long-term serial production.
Hand lay-up
The application of glass reinforcement layers impregnated with unsaturated polyester resin on a mould sprayed with gelcoat enables the production of polyester items with highly complex forms.
RTM / LRTM / Vacuum pump
Casting unsaturated polyester resin into a closed mould sprayed with gelcoat which already incorporates fibreglass reinforcements enables the production of items smooth from both sides.
